Cuvée Brut Rosé

The guiding principles in our wine making have always been finesse and delicacy.

Accordingly our rosé is a blend of 90% Chardonnay to which we add just 10% Pinot Noir.

The very pale shade of pink gives our rosé just the sort of elegance and lightness we are looking for.

This is a deliberate choice on our part intended to ensure that the delicacy of the Chardonnay takes precedence over the fruitiness of the Pinot Noir.
