The vine is where it all begins for us! You can't make great champagne without great grapes. So we listen to our vineyard and adapt to suit every vintage. Mother Nature is in charge here!
We work with nature to decide when to pick the grapes so we get the perfect ripeness and best aromatic personality from our grapes.
A legacy for purity
We strive for purity and authenticity, so we interfere with the winemaking process as little as possible. We like to make our wine in neutral stainless steel vats to lock in the unique aromatic personality of every plot.
Our brand new vat room opened in 2024 and has meant we can make our different vintages and lieux-dit separately.
The art of blending and plot selection
Last but not least, we firmly believe that our mosaic of plots enables us to fine-tune our blends and strike the right balance to suit our different vintages.
Our terroirs are very diverse, so we like to showcase mono crus and single plots depending on what Mother Nature has to give each vintage year.
